Neatsun Ziv – Founder and CEO

Neatsun Ziv has over 12 years of hands on experience in the IT
industry. Neatsun co-founded Vanadium in 2005 and was one
of the youngest CEO’s in Israel, taking the role of leadership at the
age of 25. Previously he worked at Scitex, Motorola, and the Israeli Defense Forces, where he held several key positions in various IT Departments. Neatsun holds a Bachelors degree in Computer
Science from the Open University in Israel and an MBA from
The Technion Institute, Israel. |
Shay Smooha – Founder and VP Sales & Business Development

Shay Smooha brings to Vanadium broad experience and expertise in
sales, marketing, and business development. Shay co-founded
Vanadium with a commitment to advance and innovate the field of IT
compliance. As the VP Sales and Business Development, Shay
oversees the company’s business operation. Prior to joining
Vanadium, Shay held the position of marketing director at Bezeq,
the leading Israeli telco company. Prior to Bezeq, he served as the
Marketing Director at Netmount. Shay holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from The Technion Institute, Israel. |
